To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to carefully restrain your pet. Animals must be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
For your convenience, “drop-off” appointments are available for existing patients that are current on their vaccinations. A “drop-off” means you could bring your pet in the morning by 8:30am (7:30am on Tuesday or Thursday) so our doctors can examine your pet between appointments, or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the problems found, recommended diagnostic tests and to set up a hospital discharge time.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require all vaccinations be up to date.
We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered: we accept the following payment forms
Once your pet has been examined and evaluated, our Drs. will recommend diagnostic testing to determine what will be needed for treatment. Our team members can provide you with a detailed estimate of your pet's recommended treatment plan. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer in-house payment plans. If you need to arrange a loan in order to pay for services in installments, we recommend contacting your bank or a local bank for a Personal Loan.
