Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Urgent cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of your pet, other pets, staff, and patrons, all pets entering the clinic must be on a fixed-length leash that is securely controlled by the owner or contained in a securely closed pet carrier or travel container.

  • Retractable leashes are not permitted in the clinic
  • If your pet is fearful of or aggressive towards other animals, we would like the opportunity to make sure there is a clear lobby and path to the exam room, so we ask that you call from your vehicle upon arrival
  • If possible, small reptiles, birds, amphibians, and fish should be in a clear carry container so that their movement and behavior can be observed with as little handling as possible.
  • We will provide heat lamps for reptiles, you do not need to bring your own
  • For birds, please let us know if their wings are trimmed or fully flighted
  • If your cat or dog is known to have anxiety or fear aggression for vet visits, please request and give pre-visit pharmaceuticals as directed.
For the safety of all pets and humans, we require that animals in our care be up-to-date on their rabies vaccination unless medically contraindicated, for which we will provide a written waiver in place of a rabies certificate.

Payment Policy

We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered: we accept the following payment forms
Once your pet has been examined and evaluated, our Drs. will recommend diagnostic testing to determine what will be needed for treatment. Our team members can provide you with a detailed estimate of your pet’s recommended treatment plan. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer in-house payment plans. If you need to arrange a loan in order to pay for services in installments, we recommend contacting your bank or a local bank for a Personal Loan.
