Patient Arrival Policy
- Retractable leashes are not permitted in the clinic

- If possible, small reptiles, birds, amphibians, and fish should be in a clear carry container so that their movement and behavior can be observed with as little handling as possible.
- We will provide heat lamps for reptiles, you do not need to bring your own
- For birds, please let us know if their wings are trimmed or fully flighted
