We want to get to know you and your pet! In order to do so, we ask that you fill out a New Client Form. You may fill out this information when you arrive to your pet’s appointment, or you can save some time by printing and completing the form at your convenience. Simply bring the form with you to your pet’s first visit or fax it to us at 816-331-3120.
During your pet’s first visit, our doctors will examine your pet nose-to-tail to get a better idea of his or her general health. This involves a gentle examination of your pet’s eyes, ears, teeth and gums, listening to the heart and lungs, palpating joints and muscles, and more. We may also recommend vaccines, lab work, and parasite testing depending upon your pet’s medical history.
At your pet’s first visit, be prepared to discuss:
